Ten years ago, the Maryland Bay Plate was illustrated and designed by Joe Barsin of JEB Design, Inc. It's been 10 years since the creation of the plate so we wanted to celebrate by featuring it on the cover of this year's anual report for the Chesapeake Bay Trust.
