Come and meet Joe Barsin, the artist who created the dynamic, USNA Blue Angels poster and see his full collection of Annapolis and Opera-themed works. Joe will be on site for personal signings. Art available framed or as prints.
A Special Release that night will reveal Joe Barsin’s recent illustrations, Spring in Washington DC, part of his new Mid-Atlantic~City Series featuring Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington D.C.
